2. Using this website
- You may use the website for lawful, personal purposes to find out about and enquire about our services.
- You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false or misleading information through the enquiry form.
- We try to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
3. Enquiries and bookings
- Sending an enquiry through the website is a request for information. A booking is only confirmed when we confirm the session with you directly.
- Prices shown on the website are per session or per player as described and may change. The price confirmed to you when you book applies to that booking.
- Payment arrangements, including any block booking discount, are agreed with you when the booking is confirmed.
- Enquiries and bookings for players under 18 must be made by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the player's attendance and conduct.
4. Cancellations
All sessions are subject to a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may still be charged. If we have to cancel or move a session we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a suitable alternative.
5. Health, safety and conduct
- Please tell us about any medical condition, injury or additional need that could affect a player's participation before their first session.
- Players should bring boots, shin pads, a water bottle and suitable kit for training.
- Players are expected to follow coaches' instructions and treat other players, coaches and the facility with respect. We may ask a player to stop a session if their behaviour puts others at risk.
- Football involves physical activity and a risk of injury. We take reasonable care to run safe sessions and to maintain our facility.
6. Photographs and content
We only publish player names and photographs with the consent of the player and their parent or guardian. All content on this website, including text, logos, images and design, belongs to us or our partners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
7. Links and third parties
The website may link to or embed third-party services such as Google Maps and social media. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss that was not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms, or for loss arising from the website being unavailable or containing errors.
